- Cup Warming:Pour hot water into teapots and teacups and let the tea set to remain at a certain temperature. When brewing tea, the tea set will not affect the presentation of the tea broth because of excessively large temperature difference.
- Tea Placing:Place tea leaves into tea, adjust the amount of tea, and then pour it into teapots. Do not place the tea directly into teapots to avoid pouring too much tea leaves.
- Pouring Hot Water:When tea is poured with hot water, the teapot can be filled 90% full to avoid infusing for too long causing bitterness from the caffeine and tannic acid to be released. Therefore, brewing time should not be excessively long.
