One Bud with Two Leaves
One bud means the new shoots just emerging from tea trees. Two leaves mean two young leaves under sprouts. One bud with two leaves must be manually selected and harvested. Aside from considerable labor and time, the best quality tea can only be manually distinguished and selected.
The manually picked one bud with two leaves is fresh and tender with complete appearance. After baked into tea leaves, the tea will be completely outstretched with water and tea broth brewed with intact leaves will have shown its superior quality and sweet taste.
